Return & Exchange Policy

At Studio Avisa, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully crafted products with the highest standards of quality. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds.

We only offer size exchanges or exchanges for damaged or incorrect products, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You require a size exchange, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at studioavisa.in@gmail.com.

Include the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Your Name

  • Reason for exchange

  • Clear photos, for damaged or incorrect products

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Products without original tags.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless received damaged.

  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Exchange Shipping

Customers may be responsible for shipping the product back unless the exchange is due to:

  • A damaged product.

  • An incorrect product sent by Studio Avisa.

Replacement shipping charges, if any, will be communicated before processing.

Refund Policy

Studio Avisa does not offer refunds at this time.

Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
